A food I love for #weightloss is: CUCUMBERS. They are an amazing weight loss food.


They contain most of the vitamins you need including: B1, B2, B4, B5, B6, Iron, Calcium. Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc and Vitamin C. Instead of a sugary drink as a pick me, I eat cucumbers in vinegar with black pepper. It is a quick pick-me up that can literally last for hours and practically zero calories. Bring them to work. To your kids events and you have an amazing, filling, energetic snack that is less than 40 calories.
