Did you know that if you sleep more, you will lose more weight? We lose weight three ways: perspiration, urination and when we sleep.
One study followed sixteen adults on five hours of sleep per night for five nights. They gained close to two pounds! You need to get more than 6 hours of sleep every night. Yes, you need to turn off your phone. But most importantly, go to bed at the same time every night. My phone is off at 8pm. I am in bed no later than 10pm and I am up at 5:30am ready to work out.
