What is the best alternative drink to replace soda and improve your health? Well, I tried carbonated water. Not bad. I bought a Soda Stream. It helped a little. I used lemon and carbonated water. But it still wasn’t satisfying me.
Then I found Zevia.
Zevia is flavoured carbonated water that tastes as close to soda as you can find. For me, it is delicious. I love all the flavours. I started with Ginger Ale. Loved it. It doesn’t spike my sugar. It satisfies my brain.
I drink one can over two days and I share that can with my 4 year old son. So I don’t drink a full can but half a can over two days. Just enough to let my brain think it is getting the soda it craves. Plus my son thinks he is getting a treat.
Zevia has zero calories. Stevia replaces sugar and there are no other chemical ingredients. I highly recommend it.
There are other types of flavoured carbonated water. Just be careful. Read the label closely. Many have added sugar or chemicals for flavoring. Avoid those. I only use products that have stevia in them and not the chemical replacement for sugar.
