The first rule of weightloss, don’t buy anything in a box! Eat when you are hungry, no grains - that means bread and pasta, no potatoes, no rice and of course, no sugar!
In my first month, I lost 23 pounds by changing by eating habits. I eliminated the following from my diet in Month 1:
1) All breads
2) All pastas
3) Any snacks with sugar including ice cream
4) All fruits (except blueberries)
5) Beer and alcohol
6) All fruit juices
Food prep is the key. You need to take time out of your day and prepare your food. Every day, after work, I come home and I prepare my food for the next day. I cook some delicious food. Chicken, shrimp, many types of vegetables. I use many spices - lime, pink salt, grass-fed butter. You need to start with good nutritional food.
And if you get hungry during the day, grab a handful of nuts such as almonds, pistachios, walnuts, cashews.
