What Motivated You Start to Losing Weight?

Some people ask me, what motivated me to start losing weight. Well, I went to Miami Beach for a work conference and I couldn’t buy a t-shirt because none of them fit. I had to find a XXX t-shirt. That was the only shirt that fit me. Even that shirt, was tight! That's me in the photo at 151lbs or 68kg with my Miami Beach shirt I bought. I still have it.


If you are reading this far, check out my photo I little more closely. You can see the saggy skin from losing 140lbs. I am also asked about saggy skin. Really tough to lose. I have tried a lot of things but even at 151lbs, you can see the stretched skin. I consider it a reminder. Don't let that saggy skin grow back!!
